This Braised Tofu with Eggs is
a simple, wholesome, and delicious vegetarian dish inspired by classic Asian
braising methods—like Vietnamese or Thai-style braised meat with eggs. It’s packed with protein, easy to prepare,
and uses everyday pantry staples. The
savory soy-based sauce with a hint of sweetness and spice brings everything
together beautifully.
