1 ripe
avocado
1 ripe
banana
1/4 cup
coconut milk
1/2 cup
heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup
roasted pistachios, chopped
Honey or
sugar, to taste (optional)
Directions:
Cut the
avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel the skin. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
Peel the
banana and add it to the blender along with the coconut milk.
Blend until
