Super-Easy Brownies

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the ones we make again and again.  I’d love to share this super-easy brownie recipe with you because it takes very little time, effort, or money.

I found a bag of brownie mix at Dollar Day and decided to try it.  To my surprise, the brownies turned out rich, moist, and chocolatey – just the way brownies should be.  All you need are a few simple ingredients, and you can have a delicious homemade treat without spending much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

• 1 bag of brownie mix
• 1 egg
• ⅓ cup oil
• 2 tablespoons water

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix package.

2. Combine the brownie mix, egg, oil, and water in a bowl.

3. Mix until well combined.

4. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.

5. Bake according to the package directions, or until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

6. Let cool before cutting and serving.

That’s it!  A simple, inexpensive way to enjoy warm, homemade brownies with hardly any effort.
