Simple Green Avocado Sandwich Bread

The trend of going green these days from green roofs, green houses and green cars, why not go green with our food.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup milk
1 egg
1/2 avocado, mashed
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp wheat grass*
2 tbs chia seeds gel*
3 3/4 cups bread flour
2 tsp dry active yeast

Directions:
In a bread pan machine, combine all the ingredients listed in the order above. Select the dough function and press start. When the bread machine is done with the first cycle, remove dough and place onto lightly floured work surface. Let dough relax for 5 minutes

. Spray a 12" x 5" loaf pan with cooking oil. Use both hands to shape dough to the same size as the loaf pan.

Cover with kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes or until almost double in size.

At this point, the dough can be refrigerated overnight and baked in the morning. Bake in preheated oven set to 375° for 30 minutes.
