This quick and nutritious "lazy
dinner" is a favorite go-to meal in my kitchen!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup white onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and
oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
Directions:

Preparing the Eggs: In a small
bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cooking the Eggs: Heat 1
tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the eggs, scramble until cooked through,
then remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir-Frying the Vegetables: In the
same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté
the garlic and white onions until fragrant.
Add the shredded carrots and cabbage, stirring for 3-4 minutes.

Seasoning: Add salt,
pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste, adjusting as needed.
5.
Combining: Return the
scrambled eggs to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables.
6. Garnishing and Serving: Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot with cooked rice.
