Garlic Butter Baked Salmon

Salmon has always been a fish rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. It is also high in B vitamins and a good source of potassium. Other benefits of consuming salmon daily or weekly are that it may reduce the risk of heart disease and assist weight loss. There are many easy recipes to cook salmon. Today, I will share with my bloggers the fastest way to bake salmon with very few ingredients, but the result is fantastic.

Ingredients:

Two -6 oz. Boneless, skinless salmon fillets

1 tbs fresh, minced garlic

1 tsp honey

2 tsp melted butter

2 tsp lemon juice or lime juice

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup sliced sweet onions

Equiptment: baking dish 

Directions:

Place sweet onions on the bottom of the baking dish.

Place salmon on top of the onions.

Combine garlic, honey, melted butter, lemon juice, and salt, and then pour over the salmon.

Preheat oven to 350° and bake the salmon for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sprinkle fresh chopped parley on top of salmon after baking.
