Should women love a perfect man?

How many perfect men are there? The answer is none. But that is not a reason for women to give up love, because love is not about perfection but about acceptance and understanding.

Women don't need to look for the perfect man; they just need to look for the most suitable man. The right man is someone who knows how to love you with all his heart, knows how to care for and share with you in every situation, knows how to respect and protect you, and knows how to encourage and support you to pursue your dreams.

Women also don't need to grow up too fast, or too early. Give yourself time to try and to err, to explore and to learn, to be happy and be sad, to love and to hurt. Don't rush to exchange your youth for an unworthy man.

Women also don't need to compare themselves with others. You are unique and special. You have your own strengths and weaknesses. You have your own values and potential. You can be confident and proud of yourself.

Women also do not need to pursue the delusional standards of the perfect man, because life is not a movie or a book. Life is truth and reality. You can't expect a man to have everything you want; you can only expect a man to have what you need.

Women should love themselves before loving anyone else. Know your worth before giving away your love. Believe in yourself before believing in anyone else. Live for yourself before living for anyone else. No matter who you have loved, the outcome is only the same. The person who stays with you to the end is true love. The happiest moment for a person is to find the right person, he will pamper you, tolerate your habits, and will love everything about you.

A smart man knows how to please his woman with the little things, making her not need to care about other men. However, do they honestly do these little things all the time? Girls, remember it's better to find a man who doesn't have too much money but freely gives money to you to spend; there's no need to find another man who clearly has a lot of money but he bets every penny with you. A man's bank account is not important; what matters is how much money he will spend on you.

There are some people you like but don't love; some people love you but are not compatible with you. If you want to know who loves you, don't believe by words but see by actions. See how he takes care of you. If you want to know if he is compatible with you or not, don't compare him with others, but compare his heart and soul.

If a relationship doesn't make you more mature, unfortunately you've wasted your time. If that person really loves you, no matter what sacrifices he has to make, he will never give up on you. The type of person who only knows how to use words of love will actually become more and more cold towards you; they are just words of comfort. True love will bear sweet fruit.

Never hypnotize yourself to only need love without material things. In this world where everyone is sensitive to money, the person who is willing to give you money from their own sweat and tears will prove they truly love you, because stingy people only love themselves.

When you don't have a companion, even if you're lonely, you can still live happily; loneliness is a kind of realm. You can travel around the world alone, making different friends. You can also choose to go home immediately after work and enjoy your own life. Being alone is not scary at all. The scariest thing is, having companions but still feeling lonely.

How many perfect men are there? The answer is none. But how many women are worthy of love? The answer is a lot. So don't love a perfect man, but love someone who, when you love that person, you truly become a queen who can live happily, freely, and happily every day.

King Oyster Tonkatsu

Hey, foodies! Today I'm going to share with you a delicious recipe that I came up with recently. It's a vegetarian version of tonkatsu, which is one of my favorite Japanese dishes. Tonkatsu is usually made with pork or chicken, but I decided to use king oyster mushrooms instead. They have a meaty texture and a mild flavor that goes well with the crispy coating and the tangy sauce. Plus, they are low in calories and high in fiber, so they are good for your health too!  To make this dish, you will need some king oyster mushrooms, which are also known as king trumpet mushrooms. They are large and cylindrical, with a thick stem and a small cap. You can find them in Asian markets or some grocery stores. You will also need some Vietnamese rice paper wrappers, which are thin and round sheets made from rice flour and water. They are used to make spring rolls or summer rolls, and you can also find them in Asian markets or online.  The trick to make this dish is to boil the mushrooms first, then slice them and score them with a knife. This will help them absorb the seasoning and the sauce better. Then you wrap them in rice paper wrappers, which will create a thin and crispy layer when fried. You can use any oil for frying, but I prefer peanut oil because it has a high smoke point and a neutral flavor.  After frying the mushrooms, you can serve them with tonkatsu sauce or soy dipping sauce. Tonkatsu sauce is a thick and sweet sauce that is traditionally used for tonkatsu. It is made from ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and other ingredients. You can buy it ready-made or make your own by following this recipe. The soy dipping sauce is a simple and savory sauce that is made from soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and chili. You can adjust the amount of sugar and chili according to your taste.   This dish is easy to make and very satisfying. It's perfect for lunch or dinner; you can serve it with rice, salad, or soup. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Let me know what you think in the comments below. And don't forget to subscribe to my blog for more yummy recipes!

Ingredients:

3 king oyster mushrooms (10 oz.)

 Salt and ground black pepper

1 cups oil (for frying, or as needed)

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup water

1 egg (beaten)

 3/4 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)

3 Vietnamese rice rolls

Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the king oyster mushrooms for 5 minutes. Remove and let them cool.

When the mushrooms have cooled, use the sharp knife to cut around the king oyster mushrooms in cylindrical shape to make one flat shape. Score the mushrooms.

Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.

Dip the rice rolls in the water to soften, then wrap the mushrooms in a pocket. Use a toothpick to poke a hole in the pocket.

Mix flour with water and the mushrooms in it, shaking off any excess.

Break an egg and beat well then dip the mushrooms in the beaten egg.

Coat the mushrooms with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a deep-fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the mushroom until golden brown on both sides.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve with tonkatsu sauce or Soy dipping sauce.

Noknead Hawaiian Pizza

 Ingredients:

 3 1/2 cups (18oz/497g) unbleached all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon dried yeast (I use instant)

2 teaspoons salt

1 1/3 cups (10 1/2floz/ 298g) water room temperature

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

In a large bowl or a plastic container with a lid, add in the flour, salt, and yeast. Do not add the yeast and salt directly to each other as this can deactivate the yeast.

Mix all of your dry ingredients together well.

Mix the oil into the water.

Pour the water/oil mixture in all at once and stir with a wooden spoon or your hand, which is what I prefer so you can tell by the feel of the dough if you need more water early on. Adjust the water to your flour. Do not over-wet it.

Mix it until all of the flour is incorporated into the dough and is hydrated. You don’t want any lumps of flour left dry. You can see it will be a wet, soggy dough.

With a spatula, scrape the dough off the sides of the container to join the dough. Put the lid on the container tightly or cover your bowl with plastic wrap ensuring that no air gets into your dough as it rests. Air can cause the dough to form a skin which is not good for a dough.

Allow the dough to sit at room temperature and ferment for about 12-18 hours at cool room temperature. Or you can proof it for about one hour to get it moving and refrigerate it until you wish to use it.

The next day the dough will have more than doubled in size with lots of bubbles on top. Also, it will smell boozy and fermented. This is exactly what you want. Now you can use to make any kind of pizza that fits your taste.

Hawaian pizza ingredients:

4 oz. No-knead dough

Topping:

4 slices ham, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 cup pineapple (I use the frozen one)

2 tbsp tomato sauce (I use the store-bought)

1 cup combination of cheese (your choice)

Dust your hands and the surface of the dough with a little flour, just enough to prevent it from sticking to your hands. Gently take out 4 oz. the dough and place onto a floured surface.

On a flat baking tray, dust it with flour or semolina. With floured hands, gently stretch your pizza dough to the size of the pizzs tray. You can also use a rolling pin to stretch it out. If you find the dough is springing back and is hard to stretch, then let it rest for 10 minutes on the board. Cover the pizza tray for 20 minutes then bake in the oven preheated at 450° for 10 minutes.

After about five partial bake the pizza spread on your sauce and add your topping.

Bake at 450F (225oC) for roughly 10 minutes or until the base is crisp and golden brown

Any dough that does not get used can be refrigerated or even frozen.

Written In Memory Of Mother.

My mother was 96 years old, and she passed away not long ago. I was so lucky to be with my mother and to hold her frail hand in her last moments. I saw my mother peaceful and happy as she said goodbye to this world. At that moment, I was very touched and grateful to my mother for giving me this life. My mother's passing made me reflect on my past life when I leave and that in a possible thirty more years with the health I currently have. I will probably go alone, and no one close to me will be with me. When I thought about this, I suddenly realized that my mother had served the Dharma all her life, and only through her sacrifices for her husband and children was she able to have such a peaceful death, "lying dead like a dream" (TCS). One of my younger brothers compared our mother to a fairy, but fairies are not on earth, and she finally left us. Among my brothers, they seemed very sad because they missed her. Perhaps because all her life, Mother was closer and showed more love to my brothers than to the girls in the family like me. I understand their feelings, and my mother's passing left a big hole that will take time to fill. We have no choice in this life, whether we live or die. I also remember the teachings of Zen master Nhat Hanh: that parents and children are one, with no distinction or separation. After my mother passed away, I often listened to the song "Nghin thu" by musician Pham Duy, "Thousand years, I'm already yours," which talks about the connection between us from countless past lives.

I believe my mother still lives in me, my heart, and my blood. I'm not sad to miss my mother, but I'm happy to have such a wonderful mother. These thoughts grow in me every day, so I don't miss my mother like my brothers and sisters, but because I cherish and love my mother because she is still present in my form (body).

Yesterday, my younger sister sent pictures of our mother's funeral, which were very solemn and beautiful. Looking at the last image of Mother in the coffin with yellow roses skillfully arranged around her, I feel even more like human life is just a dream or as Buddha said, "life is just a breath".

Life is fast and small, and looking back is already more than half of a person's life. Time passes quickly like the shadow of a tree passing outside the window. So sometimes when you're sad, think of life as a subtraction, one less time, what's there to be miserable about? Don't forget the gratitude of those who help you, don't blame those who treat you badly, and don't hold on to hatred for others forever, you will automatically see how peaceful and beautiful life can be! When encountering sad or unsatisfactory events, think that life is just one time to overcome. Human life comes empty-handed and when we leave this world, we are also empty-handed. What remains is what you leave behind for life.

Living a meaningful life means we have paid back the people who gave birth to us. I want to share that with you because you and I are both special and valuable people. We deserve to be happy.

Braised Tofu With Napa Cabbage

Hi, all veggie lovers! Welcome to my blog.  Are you looking for a super easy and delicious dish to fill you with protein and fiber? Well, look no further than this braised tofu with Napa cabbage recipe. This is one of my favorite dishes from the Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine, and I'm going to show you how to make it with some basic ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.

Ingredients:

- 5 pieces of Napa cabbage

- 16 oz. soft or medium firm tofu

- 1 egg

- Ingredients for the sauce:

  - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

  - 1 tsp dark soy sauce

  - 1 tsp salt

  - 1 tsp sugar

  - 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce

  - 1/2 tsp vegetarian seasoning powder

  - 1/4 tsp white pepper or black pepper

  - 1/2 cup water

 - Ingredients for the spice:

  - 2 green onions

  - 2 garlic cloves, minced

  - 1 piece ginger, minced (1 tsp)

  - 1 red hot chili (optional)

- Oil for pan frying

Directions:

- First, wash and chop the Napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

- In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients and set aside.

- Then, cut the tofu into rectangular slices about 1/2 inch thick.

- Slice the green onions and separate the white part from the green part.

- Crack an egg and pour it over the tofu slices. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.

- After 20 minutes, heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the tofu slices for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden, but not crisp. Transfer them to a plate and keep warm.

- In the same skillet, add some more oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, white onions, and chili (if using) for a few seconds, or until fragrant.

- Add the sauce and bring it to a boil.

- Arrange the tofu slices in a single layer on top of the sauce. Cover them with the Napa cabbage leaves. Put a lid on and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Sprinkle the green onion on top before serving. Enjoy this dish with steamed rice or noodles.

Can we argue about Right or Wrong ?

Right or wrong is a relative concept, depending on each person's perspective. In many issues, such as politics, religion, and ethics, there is no single or absolute answer. Buddha taught that people with wisdom will know themselves and do not need to explain to others. Explaining sometimes only creates more confusion and controversy.

In life, we often encounter misunderstandings and injustices from others. Buddhism believes that these things are created by our cause and effect. If we know ourselves, we will not be influenced by the words or actions of others. We will live with a peaceful and compassionate soul without trying to prove or justify ourselves. There are cases when there is a misunderstanding, an explanation is necessary to avoid further misunderstandings. However, explanation is not always necessary. If you feel that explaining may cause trouble or bring no benefit, you can skip the explanation. Therefore, when we are misunderstood, we just need to maintain faith in ourselves and follow the universe's law of cause and effect. We don't need to explain or argue with others. Time will clarify all truths. Right or wrong is not as important as whether we live happily or not.

There is an old saying: "If water is too clear, there will be no fish. If people are too judgmental, there will be no friends". Learn to be tolerant, help your life stay away from troubles; learn to give, and your life will be filled with Sunlight; Learn to let go, your mind will be at peace. Don't focus too much on explaining right or wrong, because in life we often think of ways to explain something, but once we explain, we discover that no matter who explains, they are weak and will defame themselves even more.

There is a very good philosophy that says, "If you look too far away, what you see will not be right. If you look too closely, what you see will often not be right. If you look too familiar, what you see will be even more wrong."

To live well, we need to learn to calm down and reflect on what we have experienced. Don't pay attention to other people's irrelevant things but focus on yourself and improving yourself. We also need to have patience and endurance, because that is a sign of a person with intelligence and wisdom. Don't think that you are a fool for suffering losses for others but realize that it is a way to accumulate good things for yourself. When we meet a gentleman, we should respect him, but when we encounter a rude person, we should not argue or be jealous. We should not be arrogant when we succeed, should not be discouraged when we fail, and should not complain or explain when we encounter difficulties.

Your value is chosen and created by you. Rarely do people look at you as a whole before criticizing you. The truth is often not as difficult or as easy as we think. The more people who don't understand you explain; the more unsatisfactory things they will create. Silence is the best choice.
