Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup All-Purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 egg

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

In another bowl, blend coconut oil, eggs, both sugars, and vanilla.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients with chocolate chips.

From the dough, form a ball about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the items on the baking sheet with parchment paper, 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Transfer to wire racks to cool.
