Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 oz. cheese, your choice
Seasonings:
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup salsa sauce (store-bought)
Salt and pepper
4 soft corn tortillas
Cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On a baking dish, add oil.
Heat oil in a pan, then add the onion and
cook for 5 minutes, or until it is soft and golden. remove
Add the turkey and cook for 5 minutes, or
until the turkey is no longer pink. Add
taco seasoning, salt, cayenne, and pepper to taste. Return the onion to the pan.
Divide the filling for each tortilla with
the salsa sauce and cheese. Roll up
Place tortilla seam-side down in the prepared
baking dish. Top with remaining sauce
and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired
