For Asians, instant noodles are a very
popular dish. On the streets of Thailand,
there are many vendors who are selling these instant noodles from stir-fry,
soup, or salad. Thai people use instant noodles in almost every daily menu.
Instant noodles are also a fast food for students in universities because it is
a simple and inexpensive dish. Korea
is the country that is dominant in the production of instant noodles; they
produce many types of these instant noodles and is very special for each taste.
Personally, I like to use this type of instant noodles for stir-frying, which
is similar to Chinese stir-fried noodles. Today, I just want to share a
vegetable stir-fried noodle dish that I really like and also this stir-fried
dish will be a good contribution to the world of vegetarians. This stir-fried dish
is both quick and tastes good. There are many types of instant noodles on the
market, but in this recipe, I will use instant noodles that are often sold in
American grocery stores like Sam’s Club, Costco, or Walmart. This is the
cheapest type of instant noodle because I just want to use the noodles without
the seasoning package that usually comes with it. You can try other types of
noodles and use the seasoning package for your convenience.

1 package Ramen noodles (any flavor, discard
the seasoning packet)
1/2 cup sliced red onion

etc.
2 garlic cloves, minced
Stir-fried sauce ingredients:

package directions and drain.
In a wok, add oil and stir in garlic and
onions over low heat until fragrant.
Add vegetables and tomato and continue to
cook until tender.
Stir in noodles and sauce.
Cook for 2 minutes. Stir the noodles to mix
with the sauce and vegetables.
Turn the heat off and sprinkle with green
onions.
Tips:
Pork, chicken, and beef can be added to this
recipe. Cook the meat first before cooking the vegetables. Other than meat,
eggs and tofu can be added to this recipe. Eggs can be cooked at the same time
with the vegetables. Fry the tofu and add to this recipe at the same time with
the noodles.
