Orange juice is a juice that quickly enhances the flavor of stews. One of the dishes that is always present in Vietnamese parties is chicken stewed with orange juice. Usually, this stewed chicken dish uses a whole chicken and is sometimes cooked with dried jujubes. I will share a more straightforward recipe here: chicken thigh stewed with orange juice and taro.
