- 1 tsp vegetarian seasoning

- 1 tsp minced ginger
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Preparing
the sauce: In a small
bowl, mix water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vegetarian seasoning, salt,
and cornstarch. Stir well and set aside.

tofu: Heat oil in a pan
over medium heat. Add tofu and fry until
golden brown on both sides.
3. Sautéing aromatics: Add garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring until
fragrant.
4. Cooking the
vegetables and eggs: Add
tomatoes, white onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the beaten eggs and mix gently with
the tofu.
5. Adding the
sauce: Pour the
prepared sauce into the pan and stir well.
Let it simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
6. Final
touch: Sprinkle with
black pepper and chopped green onions.
