3 garlic cloves, minced

To make the sauce:
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add chopped garlic. Fry garlic for 2 or 3 minutes or until fragrant. Do not burn the garlic.
Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and heat oven to 450°.
