Ingredients:
One 15.5 oz. can of chickpeas
1/4 cup Tahini
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp chili flakes
Directions:
In a Vitamix® or other blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the humus into a jar with lid and refrigerate.
