Cheese sauce is so easy to make and much
better than the store-bought sauce, which is the combination of sharp cheddar
cheese and pepper jack cheese.
Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1 cup Mexican cheese
1 cup milk
Spices:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan.
Stir in flour and cook until the flour turns
brown.
Add in the spices and milk.
Bring to simmer and add cheese. Lower the
heat and cook until cheese has melted.
