Easy Chicken & Bean Chili using a Crock-Pot®


The following may be the recipe that is the easiest in my blog to prepare. 

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cubed

1 medium white onion, diced
1 yellow pepper, seeded, diced, and salted also
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth or water
1 cup Salsa Verde

3 cups cooked beans (your choice)
Season with:
2 tbs tomato paste
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Top with Jack cheese and sour cream


Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a Crock-Pot®. Turn to low for 5 to 6 hours

Enjoying a bowl of chili now is heaven. (See! I told you this was easy.)
