This recipe is perfect whether you're short on time or simply craving a fuss-free yet flavorful dish.  Pair it with rice, crusty bread, or even pasta for a meal that feels indulgent but is oh-so-easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion or shallots

Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

1.    Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.  Add onions and garlic, stirring until fragrant.

2.    Add shrimp and butter, cooking until the butter melts and coats the shrimp evenly.

3.    Pour in white wine, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

4.    Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

5.    Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Serve immediately with rice, crusty bread, or pasta—whatever suits you’re craving!
