Ingredients:
1 large, ripe fresh avocado, seeded and peeled
1 small plum tomato, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 glove garlic, minced
1/4 cup white onions, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Directions:
In a bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado into small chunks. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours so the guacamole can develop the flavor. Serve with tortilla chips.
