Quinoa Corn & Peanuts Breakfast

Quinoa is the healthiest choice for breakfast. I love to make this breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning. The peanuts can be cooked ahead of time, and sweet frozen corn will complete this meal.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quinoa, washed and drained
1/2 cup cooked peanuts*
1/2 cup frozen sweet corn (Costco brand)
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water

Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a rice cooker and turn dial to cook. That is all!
Sprinkle 1 tsp of roasted sesame seeds on top.

Wash the peanuts and place 1 cup of peanuts with 2 cup water in a crockpot and set to high for 2 hours. Drain and refrigerate until needed
