Spinach Nuts Bread

I am delighted to introduce this hearty, healthy bread made by using a bread machine. This is another clever way to get kids to eat vegetables, and the nuts add a delicious nutty flavor to the bread.
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach pulp*
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tbs soft margarine
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
3 cups bread flour
2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a bread machine pan in the order listed above. Select the dough setting and press start. When the machine finishes its cycle, remove dough and let it rest for a few minutes. Butter a 10" x 5" loaf pan and place dough into the pan. Spread soft butter on top of dough. Cover with a damp kitchen towel. Let dough rise in a warm place for another 45 minutes or until double in size. Bake bread in a preheated oven set to 375° for 30 minutes.

* Blend 3 cups fresh spinach and 1/4 cup water to make pulp. Squeeze out some of the water or reduce skim milk to 1/4 cup.
