Ingredients:
3 oz. boneless, skinless chicken thigh
4 oz. bok choy, washed and cut into thick
strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1 piece fresh ginger, minced
2 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
1/2 cup of sliced white onion
Stir-fried sauce ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken powder
Thickener:
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
Oil for stir-frying
Directions:
Cut chicken into long strips. Add salt,
black pepper, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
In a wok, add oil and cook
chicken until lightly browned; remove chicken..
Add ginger, garlic, and white onion to the
wok and cook until fragrant.
Add bok choy and cook for 2 minutes. Return
the chicken and the sauce to the wok. Cook further for 3 minutes. Swirl in
the thickener and cook until the sauce has thickened. Add green onions and
