How To Make A Simple Muffin Mix

Welcome back to my blog!. As a usual routine of daily life in America, we are always busy rushing to work, picking up take out foods on the way home from work, and too frequently skipping breakfast. Studies show that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives us energy to perform daily duties. For that reason alone, we should always have our breakfast before leaving the house. Not only does breakfast give you energy, but also it stops you from snaking before lunchtime. As you know from experience, that is usually junk food.

I think muffins are well-known and loved by most of Americans. By making muffins at home, which is much more special and delicious than buying muffins, I will show you how making a simple muffin mix is very easy.. By doing this, you will always have muffins any way you want with very little effort, and your children will think that you are a genius. The muffin mix should be placed in a glass container and kept in a dry place. The mix will keep fresh for a few months.

The Ingredients:
10 c all purpose flour
1 c dry power milk
1 c sugar
1/2 c baking powder
3 tsp cream of tartar
3 tsp salt

To make quick muffins from this mix to serve 6 mini muffins or 3 medium-size muffins:
1 c quick mix
1 egg room temperature
3 tbsp sugar (you can add more sugar for your taste)
1/3 c of milk or water
3 tbsp vegetable oil or soft butter or margarine
1c of frozen fruit of your choice: blueberries, strawberries  etc..
For banana muffins, add 1 c mashed-ripe bananas

Preheat oven to 350°.
In the bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and oil or butter. Add quick mix and milk, then add the frozen fruit of your choice . Scoop the batter into muffin cups and put in oven to bake for 20 to 25 minutes. That is it, and you will no longer buy muffins at Starbucks!
