Salmon Baked with Teriyaki Sauce

If you already have teriyaki sauce, either homemade or store-bought, this recipe will be prepared in a flash with only a few ingredients probably lying around in your refrigerator.

Ingredients:
2 eight oz. salmon fillets
1 tbs julienned ginger
1/2 cup sweet white onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup homemade teriyaki sauce
2 scallions julienned
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven 375 °
On the bottom of baking dish, put one layer of sweet onion.
Lightly brush both sides of the fish with olive oil. Place on top of the sweet onion.
Pour the teriyaki sauce on top of the fish. Sprinkle ginger on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
About 3 minutes before the baking cycle is done, top the fish with julienned scallions.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve with a bowl of rice
