Ingredients:
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbs coconut flour
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment
paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing
bowl. Mix well.
Use small ice cream scoop to divide cookies
dough into 1 inch diameter cookies.
Place onto the baking sheet and bake for 11
minutes.
