Ingredients:
1/2 cup loose Thai Tea
2 ½ cups water
1 bag black tea (optional)
1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and bring to
boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn the heat off and let the
tea seep for 20 minutes. Drain.
Serve tea over ice with half and half.
You might enjoy with heavy cream or condensed milk. The sweet taste is up to
each individual.
