Oatmeal Raisins Cookies

 This is an easy, healthy recipe that can be made in minutes with a few ingredients already in your kitchen.  It will make even the pickiest person satisfied.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup self-rising flour

1/3 cup oatmeal

3 tbs brown sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Use small ice cream scoop to divide cookies dough into 1 inch diameter cookies.

Place onto the baking sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
