People when it comes to pizza are hesitant to make it at home. Of course! You can buy pre-made pizza dough, and it's now widely available from fresh to frozen at the supermarket. However, the pizza dough that you can make at home is tastier, and it is very easy to make. Today, I'm going to share a pizza dough recipe that anyone can make. It doesn’t require kneading the dough. This recipe is also for those of you who live alone and don't take much of your time to impress your friends.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp active yeast
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix
well.
In a mixing bowl with lid, add flour and
yeast and mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry
ingredients such and mix well.
Cover with lid and let slow rising for 8
hours or overnight.
This recipe can make 9 to 10 inches diameter pizza
dough, or you can divide into 2 small portion thin ones.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. Use
a pizza plate to place the dough on.
Preheat oven to 400° and prebake the pizza
crust for 10 minutes before put the toppings of your choice such as, sausages,
pepperoni, chicken, shrimp, etc.... The pizza sauce you can buy in the store to
save you time.
