Sushi Rice

 Ingredients:

3/4 cup short grain rice

1/4 sticky rice

Sushi vinegar ingredients:

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/8 tsp salt

1 tbs sugar

Directions:

Wash rice 3 to 4 times until the water is clear. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes and drain.

Put rice in a rice cooker and cook until done. Follow the instructions.

While the rice is cooking, mix the rice vinegar in a bowl.

Place hot cooked rice in a medium bowl and pour the rice vinegar into the rice and lightly mix until the vinegar is absorbed. Cover with cloth for 1 hour and it will ready to use.
