- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1
tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dashi seasoning

Directions:

Preparing the Sauce:

Combine the miso,
oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, dashi seasoning, and five-spice powder in a
small bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Preparing the Egg:

In another bowl,
beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Heat
a non-stick pan over medium heat, add some oil, and scramble the egg until just
cooked. Remove and set aside.

Cooking the

Using the same
pan, heat the remaining oil. Sauté the
minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the ground
turkey and stir-fry until nearly cooked. Pour in the sake and continue cooking.
