Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-rising flour (or substitute with 2
cups all-purpose flour + 2 tsp baking soda)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/3 cup roasted almonds, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
