Semi-Homemade Bulgogi Sauce

This simple easy sauce will save time from stir-fry or marinade meats or seafood

Ingredients:
1 cup good soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry or sake
1/4 cup total (4 tbs) honey and sugar – mixture ratio is your choice
3 tbs garlic-ginger paste
1 tsp pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tbs sesame seeds oil
2 cups store-bought bulgogi sauce

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and store in a glass jar with lid. Refrigerate for months.

When ready to use, for every cup of BBQ sauce, add 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds, 1/4 cup chopped white onions, and 1 chopped green onion. Pour sauce over meat or fish.
