Baking

versatile sweet dough that serves as the foundation for a variety of delicious
bread recipes. By making your bread, you have the freedom to choose

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:

In a stand mixer
bowl with a dough hook attachment, combine the warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt,
butter, egg, and flour.

Start mixing on
the lowest speed, gradually increasing to the highest setting until the dough
is well-mixed and smooth.

Cover the dough
with a towel and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours, or until it has doubled in
size.

Once risen, the
dough is ready to be shaped into sweet rolls, dinner rolls, or
enhanced with fillings like garlic, onions, and cheese.
Garlic,
Onion, and Cheese Filling ingredients:
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:

Add the garlic
powder to the dough at the beginning of the mixing process.

Once the dough
has risen, divide it into 8 equal portions.
3.
Roll out each
portion and fill it with an equal amount of green onions and shredded cheese.
4.
Roll each filled
dough piece into a roll shape and place them on a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper.
5.
Brush each roll
with an egg wash for a golden finish.
6.
Bake in a
preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 17 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
