Ingredients:

pork tenderloins (8 oz. each), trimmed of fat

tsp vegetable oil
Ingredients for the Soy Marinade:

cup soy sauce
- 1/4
cup sake
- 1/4
cup mirin

cup lime juice

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the
soy marinade.
2. Place the pork tenderloins in the marinade and let
them soak for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for best results.
3. Remove the pork from the refrigerator about 1 hour
before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
4. Heat a nonstick skillet over high heat and add the
vegetable oil.
