Easy Baked Tilapia with Healthy Herbs

Prepare an easy healthy meal with just a few ingredients. This recipe has good flavor with fresh herbs, but dried herbs are fine. I love fresh herbs, and they are quite healthy. The following is my simplest recipe ever.

Ingredients:
2 tilapia fillets
Topping ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil or melted butter
½ cup total combination of these fresh chopped herbs: cilantro, parsley, oregano, or thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne or paprika
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper

Directions:
Place fish in a baking dish.



Combine the topping ingredients and distribute equal portions on top of each fish fillet. Bake in a preheated oven set to 400° for 15 minutes. Enjoy!!
