Grilled Salmon with Garlic Sauce

Sometimes the simplest ingredients will make a tasty and healthy meal. It does not matter where the recipes come from nor the inspirations behind their creations. Explorer a combination of ingredients to find good chemical activations with other ingredients that will provide a large-volume of nutrients. This recipe provides one of those simple combinations.

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
Sauce ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs ketchup
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenene
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh basil or cilantro

Directions:
Place all the sauce ingredients into a mini food processor and blend into a paste.

Place salmon into a container and distribute the paste on both sides of the salmon and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Heat a cast-iron pan over medium high heat. Add 1/2 tbs butter.

When butter starts foaming, place the marinated fish into the pan and grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and serve with steamed broccoli or green beans.
