Miso Glaze

I recently discovered a basic principle when combining eating and healthy cooking to bring benefits to all parts of the body. The recipe introduced today is for a very tractable sauce that will be used to provide balance nutrition when marinating meat or fish. When serving this dish, usually I just make simple boiled or steamed broccoli or green beans, and this will result in a tasty dish that provides solid basic nutrition as well as bone nutrition.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
1/3 cup mirin
1/3 cup miso
1/3 cup mustard
3 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs black pepper
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a mini food processor and blend well. Store blended contents in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator.

To prepare easy baked fish with miso glaze:
Use 1 ½ tbs of miso glaze with 1 fillet of tuna or salmon or any kind of fish. Smear well on both sides of the fish. Place on a baking dish and bake in oven set for 375° for 15 minutes.
