Healthy Stir-fried Chicken with Napa Cabbage

I love stir-fried dishes, and trying to improve my skills at healthy cooking is my everyday task. I have learned to use chicken broth instead of oil as part of making stir-fried dishes because it is leaner. Sesame oil adds a nutty flavor and has its health benefits. It is up to each cook whether or not to use sesame oil. Here is my most recent stir-fried dish.

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
Stir-fry broth ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings:
1 tbs soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tbs vinegar
1/2 tsp chili flakes or cayenne
Vegetables:
2 cups Napa cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green onions, cut into 2 inch lengths

Rice served as an accompaniment

Directions
In a wok, heat the stir-fry broth until simmering. Add chicken and stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Add seasonings ingredients. Add more soy sauce to your liking.  Add Napa cabbage and green onions. Cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
