Ingredients:
½ lb. chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tsp canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 cup onions
Vegetables:
2 cups
1 cup oyster mushrooms or your choice, sliced
Sauce ingredients:
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp blackstrap molasses
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 chili flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Heat wok and add oil until smoking. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
Add ginger, garlic, and onions.
Stir and cook until fragrant and the chicken starts to turn brown. Add mushrooms and the sauce ingredients.
Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes. Add Napa Cabbage and stir well.
Cook for 1 more minute.. Remove from heat and serve.
