Corn, Beans, & Sesame Seeds Milk

We all know the benefits of corn, sesame seeds, and beans and how they contribute to our daily routine of healthy eating. Especially, sesame seeds are one of the best nutritional foods used in Asia. The black sesame seed was also used to cure wounded solders in Japan during World War II. However, it is not easy to include all the aforementioned nutritional Foods in our meals every day. Since I have a soy milk machine, it gave me an idea how to combine all of the ingredients that can benefit my healthy eating lifestyle. Any kind of beans can be used. The recipe can be with or without sesame seeds. Try different ways to create natural beans milk at home with this wonderful machine. The choices are endless. Note – a soy milk machine is required for this recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn (I use the Costco brand)
1/4 to 1/2 cup mung beans (after soaking)
1/4 cup black sesame seeds

Directions:
Follow the instructions provided with your own soy milk machine. Place all the ingredients in the machine and start the process. After processing and draining the milk, I like use the pulp for making bread.
