Sweet Sesame Cracker

Asians love sesame seeds. As a result, these seeds, from savory to sweet, are all over in Asian grocery stores. In the ancient Japanese culture, they used the sesame seeds oil to cure some diseases. By gargling 1 tablespoon of this oil in the morning for 25 minutes and then rinsing after that will help to clean out toxins from the body. Since sesame seeds have a lot of good health benefits, making crackers for snacks will be a good thing. This cracker recipe is quite simple with just a few ingredients, but the result is fantastic.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar*
1/2 cup sesame seeds (combination of both black and white)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg white
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the dry ingredients together except the sesame seeds.
Whisk egg white until foamy. Whisk in the flour mixture ingredients. Stir in sesame seeds until combined

Scoop 1 tablespoon of the sesame batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Make any kind of shape of your choosing. Continue scooping and shaping sesame batter until completed. Bake in preheated oven set to 350° for 15 minutes.

Let cool (the crackers will get crispier while cooling)

*Omitting the sugar and substituting dry herbs, such as basil, oregano or parsley and minced garlic, will give this cracker a savory taste ideal for dipping.
