Easy BLT Sandwich For Two

The classic BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) sandwich is so easy to put together with just a few ingredients, and there is no right or wrong way to prepare it. All of the ingredients are the cook’s choice – the type of bread, bacon, and tomatoes. Experiencing will get your taste bud for the classic BLT.
Ingredients:
4 slices potato sandwich bread

6 slices bacon
4 slices large beefsteak tomatoes
1 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs good olive oil
2 tsp sweet pickle
4 pieces Romaine and head lettuce, cut to fit sandwich bread

Directions:
In a nonstick pan, cook bacon until almost crispy. While bacon is cooking, toast the potato bread in a toaster. Mix mayonnaise, oil and sweet pickle in a small bowl.
Spread the mayonnaise on each toasted bread slice and place on a serving plate.

First layer is lettuce

Second layer is tomato

Third layer is cooked-crispy bacon and topped with the second slice of toasted bread. Cut in half and erve.

I eat everything with ketchup! and why not throw in some pickled garlic.
