- 1 small English cucumber
- 1/4 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 small green onion, chopped (about 1
tbsp)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons red chili Korean pepper
powder
-1 teaspoons Korean syrup
Directions:
1. Begin by washing the cucumber under
running water to ensure it's clean.
2. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise
before cutting it into thin slices.
3. Place the cucumber slices into a mixing
bowl.
4. Peel the onion and give it a good wash,
then thinly slice it.
5. Into the mixing bowl, add the yellow
onion, chopped garlic, and green onion.
6. Add in the sesame seeds, sugar, sesame
oil, soy sauce, and red chili pepper powder.
