Ingredients:
2 cups day-old cooked rice
1 cup combination of: corn kernels, red,
green and yellow pepper, carrot, peas, yellow squash, zucchini, and red cabbage
all cut into small diced pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup diced white onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
Seasoning ingredients:
1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, mushroom
seasoning, soy sauce, and sugar.
