Grilled Rainbow Trout

This is another tasty, healthy meal easy on the budget from my kitchen to you. 
Ingredients:
2 pieces of trout, 8 oz. each
1/4 tsp each salt, cooking wine
1 tbs each garlic,chili (minced)
1 tsp miso
1/4 cup each, green onions, cilantro
2 tbs ginger, julienned

Sauce:
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp each, sugar, vinegar.
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 5 tbs water

Directions:
Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on both sides of the fish. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

In a skillet, add oil and grilled fish until the color changes. Fish can also be baked or fried in hot oil. Keep warm.

Heat 2 tbs oil.. Stir fry garlic, chili, ginger and miso until fragrant. Add green onions and cilantro and stir fry briefly. Add sauce mixture to thicken and then pour on grilled fish.

Serve with steamed white or brown rice.
