Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

Every house should have this flour-less cookie because it is amazingly good and easy to get children to participate in its preparation.
Ingredients:
2 cups smooth peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup roll oak(optional)
Directions:
Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix peanut butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and oak until combined. Beat egg one at a time. Stir in baking soda until the mixture becomes smooth.

Roll dough out into small balls. Place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Use a fork to make a criss cross pattern on each ball. Sprinkle some sugar on top of each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 15 minutes.

Let cookies cool on a wire rack. Store in a jar or not  because they will be gone before you know it.
