Maple Terriyaki Griled Salmon

I always try to improve my cooking skills. This recipe that I created is between Eastern and Western styles using teriyaki sauce, sweet maple syrup, and Asian spices for the marinade sauce, making this salmon dish out of this world.

Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillets, about 8 oz each
1/4 cup homemade teriyaki
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbs cooking wine
2 tbs olive oil

Garnish with grilled cherry tomatoes, grilled mushrooms

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, place salmon and all the ingredients. Stir and let marinate for 2 hours.
Heat a cast iron pan over high heat.

Grill salmon on each side for 3 minutes. Brush occasionally with the marinade. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
