Brazilian Cheese Bread

This small, delicious, gluten-free bread is good for people who have celiac disease. Last summer my sister introduced this bread to me, and I liked it. Since then, I have tried to find a recipe that can mirror real Brazilian bread that is served in restaurants. The flour for making this bread is Tapioca starch. The recipe here is very good. Adding a variety of cheese, herbs and spices achieves a very interesting result.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup of equal parts of milk and water
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup tapioca starch
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°.
In a saucepan, heat oil, milk and water until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in tapioca starch, salt and garlic. Stir the mixture until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Beat in egg and cheese. Stir to combine until the batter looks like cottage cheese. Use an ice cream scoop to drop the batter onto ungreased baking sheet

Place baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.\
