Simple Baked Chicken Legs

Simple baked chicken legs or breasts is a real deal for lazy days. The whole meal takes less than an hour, and the result is amazing.
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken legs or breasts
The marinade
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs each sugar, dry sherry, garlic, ginger and honey
2 tbs soft butter

Directions:
Combine the marinade ingredients and place on the meat to marinate for 40 minutes.

Place meat on a baking pan and bake in preheated oven set to 450° for 30 minutes or until cooked and the skin is golden brown.
