Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Ingredients:
16 oz fresh cranberries
2 tbs minced ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar(or can add up to 1/2 cup)
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.

Turn the heat to simmer and cook for 15 more minutes or until all the cranberries popped.

Put in a jar with a lid and refrigerate.

 This is a simple side dish that can be prepared ahead of time.
