Puff Pastry Wrapped with Honey Mustard Sausages

This is a perfect recipe for finger food for parties or potluck events. This pastry wrapped with sausages and eggs is delicious. People will run to you every time you walk in with a tray full of these delicate treats.
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry dough (homemade or store-bought)
2 eggs, beaten
12 sausages links
1 tbs honey mustard
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Egg mixture: 1 egg + 2 tbs water

Directions:
In a large pan over medium heat, pour the beaten eggs and make a thin omelet.

Let it cool and cut into 12 pieces. Each piece should be approximately 3 x 3 inches.

Cut the puff pastry dough into 12 pieces. Each piece should be a 4 x 3 inch rectangle.



Brush each with honey mustard.

Sprinkle with green onions. Place egg and sausage links onto the puff pastry dough

 Fold pastry dough over and press to seal.

Place the folded pastry dough seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush with egg mixture and bake in preheated set to 400° for 20 minutes.
